Who we’re looking for:

We are continuously looking for talented Registered Dental Hygienists, in both a full time and part time capacity, to join our growing dental clinics. We offer flexible hours, including opportunity to opt to work evenings and/or Saturdays. Please include your preferred availability in your cover letter.

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour

Who you are:

You are a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist ready to step into a vital role at our modern dental practices on Vancouver Island. You provide comprehensive oral healthcare services to our patients with a kind and understanding approach. You are eager to continue your professional development, stay up to date with the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices and smile, whenever possible.

What you’ll do in this role:

* Perform exceptional dental hygiene care for patients

* Conducting oral health assessments

* Educate patients on oral health practices and answer their questions or concerns in a non judgemental, friendly manner

* Assist the team in keeping patient records up to date and complete

In order to be considered, you have:

* Successful completion of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.

* Current registration and licensure as a Dental Hygienist in British Columbia.

* Strong knowledge of oral anatomy, dental diseases, and preventive oral healthcare.

* Proficiency in performing dental cleanings, oral assessments, and taking dental radiographs.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the dental team.

* Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate patient records.

* Ability to educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and answer their questions or concerns.

* Knowledge of dental software and technology is preferred.
